UPDATE: LOCATION CHANGE
Lakewood House favorite Alice Wallace is back on Wednesday, July 21, and she and her pal Caitlin Cannon will perform at The Lodge (the old Elk’s Lodge) on West 4th Street, Pittsburg. Plenty of room, good AC, and it doesn’t matter if it’s rainy or sweltering heat. No potluck yet, but you can bring whatever food and beverages you wish.
Social hour at 6p. Music at 7p.
These two Nashville songbirds have a side project called Side Pony and have written some songs together. They’ll sing songs separately and together. Alice will be doing a lot of her stuff and they’ll play some of their new music.
Here’s Alice and Caitlin with their new single. A new take on the pandemic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2zC6Pppfag
Seats are a $20 donation, which will be collected at the show. Alice and Caitlin will appreciate the support after 17 months of very little work.
Some chairs and tables will be available, but feel free to bring your favorite lawn chairs. Bring your own food and whatever you want to drink.
But as it happens, July 21 is Alice’s birthday! So there will be cake. And some bottled water.
